He then gave me some recommendations on what to do to get my house staged and ready for pictures. That was all great advise my house showed beautiful. He then put it on the market and it sold on two days. He presented me with the offer and we discussed it and i accepted. And from that day to the close of escrow Merv kept me posted on everything that was happening i was back and forth from Texas and Merv stayed in touch with everything.
